Our blow moulding division specializes in the production of HDPE jars and jerry cans, catering to essential segments such as dairy (curd/dahi) and edible oils, particularly desi ghee. These containers are available in a wide range of sizes, from 500 ml up to 20 liters, offering flexibility for both retail and bulk packaging. To enhance product branding and visual appeal, we provide multiple decoration options including screen printing and heat transfer labeling (HTL). We are also in the process of adding in-mould labeling (IML) capabilities, further elevating the finish and durability of printed packaging. Our blow moulded products are designed for hygiene, strength, and a professional appearance—ensuring they meet the highest standards for both food-grade and industrial applications.
Our cup forming line is equipped with advanced sheet extrusion and thermoforming technology, producing PP (polypropylene) cups in a wide range from 50 ml to 500 ml. These cups are commonly used in the dairy, dessert, and food service sectors, offering lightweight, recyclable, and high-volume packaging solutions. Each cup is formed in-house from raw material to finished product, ensuring complete control over quality and consistency. For printing, we offer dry offset printing with capabilities ranging from 6-colour to 8-colour jobs, allowing for vibrant, multi-color branding that stands out on shelves. This makes our cups ideal not only for functionality but also for brand visibility and consumer engagement.
